She is survived by: her husband Kirk Howard; her children, Jesse Kaufman, Maxwell Collins, Jeffrey Collins, Sara Collins and Leah Howard; her mother Linda Balzer; her siblings, Shannon Ritzke and John Dortch, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Laura Clouse, Mike Howard and Jeffrey Howard; and her siblings' children, Mark Shy, Jr., Conner Ritzke, Katelynn Ritzke, Trevor Ritzke, John Dortch, III (Tre), Trent Dortch, Aspen Dortch, Aimee Brooks, Joshua Clouse (Liz), Jillian Simmons and Dwayne Simmons. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; as well as, father.
