She was predeceased by : her parents, James Fisher and Virginia Fisher; and her sisters, Valerie and Jacqueline. She is survived by : her spouse Wellington; her son Ian (Blair); her grandchildren, Lily and Ivy of Valdosta, Georgia.; her son Eric (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Payton, Keaton and Isla of Chapel Hill; and her parents-in-law, Homer, Shirley Andersen of Fort Collins, Ted, Penni Andersen of Longmont, Chris and Joan Thompson of Nampa, Idaho..

Vicky will be missed by many people who knew her as a committed and reliable foundation to whatever she did in life.
