She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul A. Hurtado and Mary A. Hurtado (Vigil); her parents-in-law, Anthony and Josephine Hepp; her brother Paul "Dinks" Hurtado; her siblings-in-law, Larry Luellig, Cindy Hepp, Sharon Hepp, Gary Hepp, Mike Overheiser, Leroy Hoffman and Dean Zaffree; her son-in-law Michael Tomassoni; her grandchildren, Mary Catherine Tomassoni and Carter Franco; and her nephews, Harper Kelly, Marco D'Agostino, Joey Irwin, Mark Martinez and Mark Hepp.
She is survived by : her husband Samuel R. Hepp of Erie; her children, Samantha Carter (Scott), Greg Hepp (Jenifer), Jill Tomassoni and Christie Hepp; her grandchildren, Danielle St (Kyle), Stephanie Franco (Gabriel), Christopher Carter, Samuel Carter, Anthony Tomassoni, Gianna Tomassoni, Jacob Tomassoni and Angelica Tomassoni; her great grandchildren, Ezrie St. Michel and Dominic Franco; and her siblings, Suzie Marquez (Eppie), Joseph Hurtado (Cathy) and Dorothy D'Agostino. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Carol to OLA Catholic Church for cemetery improvements.
