He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela (Harris) and George Bendt; and his sister Joyce Kroeger (Art). He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Ellingboe; his brother George Bendt; and his sibling's children, Bob Bendt (Cindy), Pam Caldas and Susie Bendt (Duane Milbrett). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
