She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Muniz; her daughter Roberta; her grandchildren, Nicole Muniz Buckmeier and Benjamin Potter; her parents, Rafael Martinez and Beroniz Martinez; and her siblings, Carlos Martinez, Susan Guzman, John, Manuel and Abie Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Muniz (Denise), David Muniz (Cindi), Connie Girtin (David) and Patrice Potter (Larry); and her grandchildren, Rafael, William Muniz, Joseph, Ashley Muniz, Matthew, Daniel, Emily Girtin, Krissy, Shane and Andrew Potter. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
