He was predeceased by: his parents, Remijio Maestas and Mary Abenicia Maestas. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Maestas (Tiny); and his children, Bridget Bernal (Don), Henry Maestas Jr., Michael Martinez and Vanessa Maestas. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two brothers; five sisters and many nieces and nephews.
