He is survived by : his wife Miriam Fitchett of Westminster; his children, Robin of Westminster and Scott (Kathy) of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, John Middleton of Lakewood, CO, David Middleton (Tara Corbett) of Durham, NC and Hannah Hines (Scott) of Sherman Oaks, CA; and his great grandchild Reese Hines. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
