He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his children, Tanner, Tayler and Trysten; his parents, Ron (Ann) and Carla; and his siblings, Matt (Tammy), Tim, Shelly (Roger), Andy, Joe (Angela), Crystal (Chato) and Carie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts.
