He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Ellen Smith; and his siblings, Robert, Sally Crouse, Verna Beatty and Carol Erickson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Greg, Linda Woodbury, Steve and Vicky Jakribittuu; and his sister Beverly Milligan. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and many extended family.
