He is survived by: his sons, John Jr. and Alan; his wife Christine; his daughters, Tina "ShaVon", Jennifer "Curtis" and Carrie "Jason"; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kurt Jr., Samantha, Frank, Westley, Tyler, Riley, Reid, Brayden and Jaxon; his great grandchildren, Taliyah, Ashlynn, Khalil, Khamila and Brynlee; and his siblings, Patrick, Linda, Kathy, Bob, Sandy and Anthony. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and many friends.
