He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin P. Servick and Norma D. Goehring; his stepfather Howard Goehring, Sr.; his sister Mary Ann Wood; and his nephews, Howard Goehring, III and Stephen Servick.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Cracchiolo of Midland, PA; his pet Hank; his children, Nicole Laman (Marc), Christopher Selepec (Heather), Millicent Blache (Tim), John Servick, II (Danielle), Kimberly Kovalesky and Lee Servick (Kelly); his grandchildren, Veronica, Garrett, Robert, Pamela, Alexandria, Rachel, Anthony, Derrek, Patrick, Lillian, Kaitlyn, John III, Vivienne, Evelyn, Alex, Aaron, Reychal and Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Mikhail, Luna, Lauren, Preston, Roman and Rhett; his siblings, Paul Servick (Deanna), David Servick (Susie), Howard Goehring, Jr. and Norma Neumann; his parents-in-law, Nick and Mildred Cracchiolo; his brother-in-law Samuel Cracchiolo; and his close friend John Lehman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
