It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Horst (Westminster, Colorado), born in Vermillion, South Dakota, who passed away on January 18, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Alonzo Cotton and Hazel Cotton; her husband Robert B. Horst; her siblings, Connie Cotton, Alonzo Cotton, Carol Anderson and Jeannette Parsons; and her son-in-law Brian Cerny.

She is survived by : her children, Tom Horst (Kristy) of Boulder, Nancy Cerny (Brian) of Spirit Lake, Patsy Byers (Joe) of Broomfield and Carol Fullenkamp (Tim) of Broomfield. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to charities that feed needy children are preferred.
