He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bernhardt and Angelina Bernhardt; and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Prouse; his sons, Robert and Randall (Jessica); his brothers, Gale (Dina) and Steven (Isabelle); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Natalie (Jarren) and Jack.
