He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hogue and Phyllis Hogue. He is survived by: his wife Terri Hogue of Golden; his son Garratt Hogue of Denver; and his siblings, John Hogue of Rochester, Janet Bartz (Wayne) of Rochester, Tom Hogue of Salem, Cece Meyers (Keith Richardson) of Rochester and Bob Hogue (Melanie) of Minot.
