She is survived by: her children, Robert Chapman (April), Debra Lopez, Kelsie Johnson (Chris) and James Chapman (Tina); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Cody, Jeremy, Jr. and Sarah. She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
