He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moore and Esther Moore; and his sisters, Karen and Pam. He is survived by: his siblings, Greg Moore, Julie Porter (Elworth) and Bruce Moore (Linda); and his stepsons, Colton Zimmerman and Cody Zimmerman. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
