He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand B. Lang and Josephine H. Lang (Ziegler); and his siblings, Virginia (Sam Reinhold), Josephine (Oliver Fendler), Ferdinand Jr. (Alice) and James (Joyce).
He is survived by: his wife Rose T. Lang (Roesch); his children, Gene Jr. (Meg Johnson), Greg (Christy), Steve (Beth), Kate (Lisa Piccione), Paul (Kathy) and Claire; his grandchildren, Patrick (Angela), Tina, Betsy, Kenny (Rachael), Jacqui, Tim, Stephanie (Mitch Williams), Vanessa and Ann; and his great grandchildren, Kelsea, Ayva, Vera, Holly and Walter.
In honor of that service and in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Gene's memory be made to the Saint Vincent de Paul Society c/o Saint Vincent de Paul Church, 2375 East Arizona Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80210.
