He is survived by: his wife Vicki Bissell; his children, Rick Bissell, Todd Bissell (G. Nini), Tony Bissell (Wanda), Linda Bissell (late Scott), Jami Martinez (Ron), Jodi Salaman (Dave), Jari Boehmer (Tia) and Juli Boehmer; and his siblings, Betty Nelson and Ted Bissell. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
