It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Finnie Casson of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Jean Finnie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jean Finnie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jean Finnie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Finnie and Rubye Finnie. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Barbara Casson; and her sibling's children, Linda Casson, Cindy Price, David Casson, Bruce Casson and Doug Casson. She is also survived by 15 great-nephews and great-nieces; four great-great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hills Presbyterian Church (11500 W 20th Ave, Lakewood, CO 80215).
