He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his stepdaughters, Tina Bowles (Greg) and Heather Wine (Leon); his grandchildren, Lawra Moore, Amber Moore, Brandon Wood and Logan Wine; and his sibling's children, Matthew Chumbley, Dan Chumbley (Sherry), Kim, J. C., Jona and Johnny.
