He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Battaglino and Pasquale Battaglino; his siblings, Mary Earthman, Josephine Brindisi, Lena Battaglino, James Battaglino and Anthony Battaglino; and his son Mark Battaglino.
He is survived by: his sister Theresa Grimes; his children, Deborah Watson (Ken), Linda Mosby (Lee), Jim Battaglino and Matt Battaglino; his grandchildren, Jennifer DeWitt (Jarren), Christel Watson, Tony Persichetti and Danielle Weldon (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Tiara Persichetti, Liliana Watson and Rylan DeWitt.
