She is survived by: her husband Robert Wheeler; her stepdaughters, Elizabeth Wheeler and Jan Tingle; her close friend Margaret Elton; and her sibling's children, Tom, Jeff, Patrick Brewer, Bob Dougherty, Paul Laniewicz, Linda Dougherty and Georgia Laniewicz.
