She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Riggs and Lydia Riggs; her brother James Riggs; her grandmother Louise Block (Pip); her son Robert Eugene Hatt; her grandson Dwayne Linnie; and her great grandchild Dylan Bentley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ellen Bucey and Robert Wesley Riggs (Linda); and her children, Deborah Powell (Jim), Bradley Steven "Steve" Hatt (Lonni), Lynn Marie Wood (Ray), Sandra Linnie and Dennis Chambers. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Due to Covid19 restrictions the number of visitors will be limited to 30 persons in the room at one time.
