He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Philip Chiappone and Vivian Marie Sanza; his half-brother Joseph Chiappone; and his daughter Linda Jo Xydas. He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Wahlmeier and Carl Chiappone; his half-brother Kevin Chiappone; and his children, Debra Phillips, Cynthia Knapp, Philip Chiappone, Laura Jordan and Carolyn Johnson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 7 great great-grandchildren.
