Leach, Jonathan Leach, A. Vincenzo Pizzichini, Gabriela C. Pizzichini and Micheala R. Leach; his great grandchild Rylee Leach; his wife Patricia Lou Leach; his son Michael J. Leach; his parents, Omar Leach and Ethel Leach; and his brother Robert Leach.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Windhorse Guild-Mindful Works, a Colorado non-profit 501 (c)(3) providing job-driven training and real employment experience, skill building to those in recovery from mental health challenges.
