It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Ann O'Toole (Wheat Ridge, Colorado), who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Toole and Winifred O'Toole; and her brother Jim. She is survived by: her siblings, Mike, Ed (Marie), Dan (Lori), Kathy, Bob (Carrie) and Mary (David); and her sister-in-law Adele. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Denver Mortuary Chapel (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A committal service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).
