He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaclav Kadlec and Marie Kadlec. He is survived by: his wife Winnie; his daughter Jennifer B Kadlec Johnson (Tim); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Kailee; and his siblings, Božena Sejrková, Jaroslava Novotná, Jiří Kadlec and Helena Šilhavá. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
