She is survived by: her spouse Andrew Montoya; her daughters, Jessica Peralta and Christine Montoya; her grandchildren, Natalee, Darius and Zoey; her brother Chuck Donoghue (Donna, Michael Donoghue); and her sibling's children, Michele Donoghue-Polk and Erik Donoghue.
