She is survived by: her brother Donald Woerner of Peoria; her children, Kathleen Goering (Scott) of Windsor, CO, Charles Smith of Indianapolis and David Smith (Daphne) of Kent, WA; and her grandson Christopher Smith of Indianapolis.
