Koscielecki Sr.; her children, David Koscielecki of Calhan, CO, Diane Schommer (Howie) of Woodland Park, CO, Linda Dietrich and Anthony Koscielecki Jr. (Lindsay) of Milton, FL.; her grandchildren, Lisa Koski (Wayne), Jarod Koscielecki, Jessica Dietrich, Michael Schommer, Lindsay Olah, Derek Dietrich (Lindsay), Jacob Koscielecki, Joseph and Sage Cammaroto; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Hailie, Joshua Koski, McKenzie, Brooklyn Bowe, Kyliegh Olah Koscielecki, River Olah, Madelyn, Brayden Schommer, Liberty and Slaed Dietrich.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Pattie's name to Mile High Dachshunds Rescue, Inc .
