He is survived by : his parents, Jeff Mills of Topeka and Becky Whipple (Shane) of Woodland Park, CO; his grandparents, Betty Mills of Vassar, KS, Ed Mills of Topeka, Linda and Lester Smith of Valley Falls, KS; his stepgrandparents, Ray and Joyce Whipple; and his sisters, Cassandra Martinez (Domingo) of Topeka and Allison Mills of Topeka. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
