He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia Ann; his siblings, Melvin (Mildred, Millard) and Kathryn (Robert Wenger); and his sister-in-law Dorothy (Basil Preyer). He is survived by: his children, Daniel George, Patricia Sue, Dan (Cindy), Julie and Patty (Jan); and his grandchildren, Justin, Adam, Landon Gates, Mendy Oettinger (Mark), Pam Roe (Tom), Lisa Scarborough (Aaron) and Katie Waldman (Matt). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
