He is survived by : his wife Margaret "Peggy" Millard Weiler; his children, Alexander Weiler Jr. (Claudia) of Shelton, David Weiler (Laura Cosgrove) of Bridgeport, Christian Weiler (Kelly) of Seymour, Andrew Weiler (Jaimie) of Ansonia, Diana McClean (Kenneth) of Stratford and Gretchen Ovesny (Brian Schechter) of Cheshire; his brother Walter Motorny (Jean) of Shelton; his grandchildren, David Weiler II (Melissa), Nicholas Weiler (Carol), Michael McClean, Joseph McClean, Natalya Weiler, Daniel Mascolo Jr., Alexandra Weiler, Zachary Weiler, Cole Ovesny and Maya Weiler; and his great grandchild Aubrey Weiler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
