He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Cormack (Baker); his mother Florence Cormack (Amico) of Seymour; his siblings, Lisa Casini (Robert) of Seymour, Gary Cormack (Denise), Michael Cormack (Madeline) of Seymour and Susan Durant; and his caregiver Luanne Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
