Constance A. Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance A. Smith (Ansonia, Connecticut), born in Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on January 13, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Edward W. Smith; her parents, Benjamin Rafalowski and Ann Benard Rafalowski; her children, Brian Nicolari (Karen Bisset) of Derby, Scott E. Smith (Monica) of Prospect and Dawn M. Hebert of Bethany; her sister Patricia Preston of Seymour; her grandchildren, Michelle Nicolari, Marissa Nicolari of Derby, Richard, Rochelle Hebert of Ansonia, Ethan of Prospect, Megan Smith of Prospect, Sophie of Prospect and Matthew Scarlato of Prospect; and her great grandchildren, Saion and Seras Brown. She was also cherished by wife, mother and "MaMa Connie" to her grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Connie's memory may be made to St. Jude Church.
