He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Allen and Sue Allen. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ballerini Allen; his sons, Donald R. Allen Jr. (Heather) of Orange, CT and Michael F. Allen of Alpine, TX.; his grandchildren, Aprile, Ashlie and Quinn; and his siblings, R. Scott Allen (Cheryl) and Jill Delet-Kanic (Russ).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Orange Center Cemetery (640 Orange Center Rd, Orange, CT 06477).
