He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Perillo and Nancy Perillo (Criscuolo); and his sibling Rosilyn Sampiere. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Perillo (Reagan); his sons, Christopher Perillo and Jason Perillo; his siblings, Frank Franco and Julianne Marinelli; his sister-in-law Barbara Reagan; and his grandson Alexander Jacob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
