He was predeceased by: his grandmother Susana Silva. He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Valdiviezo Jr. and Claudia Silva-Valdiviezo of Ansonia; his brothers, Jordan and Jonah Valdiviezo of Ansonia; his grandparents, Ana Valdiviezo of Ansonia, Carlos Valdiviezo Sr. of Ecuador and Oscar Silva of Ecuador; his aunts and uncles, Wendy Curulla (Peter) of Vero Beach, Paola Silva (Alex Molnar) of Naugatuck, Elsa Testani (Mark) of Fairfield, Nelly, Monica, Sandra, Fernando, Jaime, Cesar, Freddy "Chino" Miguel and Dennys; and his cousins, Susi, Bella, Sami, Nico and Alex.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorian's memory will be sent to an animal rescue service in Ecuador, and may be given directly to the family.
