DeMelis-Turotsy (James) of Monroe, Cheryl A. DeMelis and Jessica M. DeMelis of Ansonia; his brothers, Robert C. DeMelis (Jane) of Orange, Guido J. DeMelis (Nathalie), Greenwich and Anthony DeMelis (Margot) of Seymour; and his granddaughter Juliana Marie Turotsy (Georgianna DiGiorgi DeMelis) of Monroe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
