He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Haussler Soukup; his parents, Frank Soukup and Helen Plsek Soukup; and his brothers, Frank Soukup and Gerry Soukup.
He is survived by : his daughter Cheryl Welch (Mark); his great grandchildren, Anna Welch and Logan Mokrycki; his siblings-in-law, Ted Haussler (Agnes) and Karolena H. Cardella; and his friends, Steve, Donna, John, Jackie and Kiersten. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
