It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick J. McGuire Jr. (Ansonia, Connecticut), who passed away on February 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. McGuire Sr. and Irene Maxwell McGuire; his son Martin J. McGuire; and his brother William McGuire. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Aldo McGuire; his children, Frederick J. McGuire III (Laura) of Oxford and Marcia McGuire of Seymour; his sister Irene Hupprich of Seymour; his grandchildren, Matthew, Megan McGuire of Oxford, Amy Alsdorf of Prospect and Erin Saravia (Welner); and his great grandchildren, Joel and Zoey Saravia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mr. McGuire may be made to Assumption Church.
