He was predeceased by : his sister Mary O'Halloran; his grandparents, James "Jimmy", Winifred "Winnie" Nardello, James and Alice Gillespie O'Halloran; and his great-aunt Lucy Nardello.

He is survived by : his wife Bernadette O'Halloran; his children, Caitlin O'Halloran, Brandon O'Halloran and Kelly O'Halloran; his siblings, Cathy O'Halloran, Mark O'Halloran, Kevin O'Halloran and Susan Rockett; and also Tom Owens.

“oh my god. i had no idea. i have been meaning and intending to contact Dr.O’Halloran for months. its 6 am and i cant sleep and i go to look his name up, and i find this. i am in disbelief and shock. all of my love, support, and condolences go to his family and loved ones. He changed my life. he was the first doctor to ever help me get clean and stay clean for a long time. i wish i could fit more in this paragraph. the world and myself are very lucky to have experienced his light,love and wisdom.”
