We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Joan E. Balisciano of Ansonia, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Joan E. Balisciano to show support.

She was predeceased by : her husband John Balisciano Sr. Mrs; her parents, Leo Pulaski and Stella Frydryk Pulaski; and her brother Edwin Pulaski. She is survived by : her children, John Balisciano Jr. of Ansonia, Mary Edwards (Timothy) of Orlando, FL and Renee Balisciano of Ansonia; her granddaughters, Rachel Edwards (Trevor Bacon) of Orlando and Caitlin Edwards of Orlando; her great grandchild Rowan Amelia Edwards; her siblings, Jan Pulaski (Rose), Mary Rose (Cheryl Link) and Irene Longobardi (John) of East Haven; and her sister-in-law Teri Pulaski of Terryville.

Due to the health concerns regarding the pandemic, the family has chosen private calling hours and private interment in Mount Saint Peter Cemetery in Derby.
