With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Marie Wajdowicz (Ansonia, Connecticut), born in Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on February 18, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Henry W. "Butch" Wajdowicz; her parents, John Motel and Mary Solomon Motel; her brother Eugene Motel; and her parents-in-law, Gene, Ray Wajdowicz, Sally Ambro and Celia Hyjack.
She is survived by: her children, Kristen Marquis (Keith) of Orange, Cheryl Kelly (Thomas) and Edward Wajdowicz (Cheryl) of East Haven; her grandchildren, Claire, Kate Marquis, Sarah, Henry Kelly, Caroline and Michael Wajdowicz; her sister Loretta Wajdowicz; and her brother-in-law Matthew Wajdowicz (Terri). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
