She was predeceased by: her spouse William J. "Fessy" Evans Sr.; her parent Andrew Lotto; and her brother Anthony Lotto. She is survived by: her parent Carolyn Pedevillano Lotto; her sons, William J. Evans Jr. (Sue) of Wolcott and Robert C. Evans (Amy) of Ansonia; her siblings, Andrea Lotto, John J. Lotto (Rose) of Ansonia, Kenneth Lotto of Waterbury and Angela Lotto; and her grandchildren, Skylar Evans, Kendall Evans and William E. Evans. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
