Evans; his grandmother Shirley Ruth Evans of Ansonia; and his siblings, Adam Wood of Middletown, Mathew Evans, Kyle Evans of Ansonia, Taylor Madore, Melissa Evans of Ansonia, Candace Evans and Alana John. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
