He was predeceased by : his wife Cathy Hyman Simon; and his parents, Joseph Simon and Barbara Cook Simon. He is survived by : his children, Joseph Simon IV and Nicole Simon of Derby; his siblings, Cheryl Simon of Ansonia and Chris Simon of Southbury; and his grandchildren, Ayla Botelho of Derby and Ayden Simon of Derby.
