She was predeceased by : her husband Jose Vaca; and her parents, Manuel Espin and Regina Torres. She is survived by : her children, Rosa Vaca (Marco) of Ansonia, Nelson Ruales (Lupe) of Queens, NY and Galo Vaca of Ecuador; and her grandchildren, Greys Vaca (Olbin), Bryan Guerra, Nicole Espinoza, Steven Espinoza of Ansonia, Carla Ruales, Roberto Vaca (Veronica), Vanessa Vaca, Santiago Graciela, Alex Vaca and Yesena Vaca of Ecuador.

Due to the current health concerns of the pandemic, her funeral service and interment will be private.
