It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite R. Owens (Ansonia, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Rand and Patricia Meaney Rand. She is survived by : her friend Peggy; her husband Richard D. Owens; her daughter Patricia Owens-Manion of Ansonia; her granddaughters, Skarlette Jean Manion and Kaelyn Grace Manion; and her brothers, Benjamin "Randy" Rand (Nancy) of Buffalo, NY, Christopher Rand (Susan) of Cheshire and John Rand (Kathy) of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
