Martha I. Adamchuk Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha I. Adamchuk (Ansonia, Connecticut), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 19, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Adamchuk; her parents, Joseph Janosko and Annie Mikula Janosko; her son Robert Adamchuk; and her siblings, Julia Ayles, Anna Hartmann, Pauline Sarock, Cyril, Joseph, Theodore, Albert, William, Stephen and Edward Janosko.
She is survived by: her children, Carol J. Hookailo and Paul Adamchuk (Marguerite) of Cape Cod, MA; and her nieces, Mary Kentos of Stratford and Barbara Homan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
